David7 Whitney (Elijah6, Thomas5, Thomas4, Eleazer3, Thomas2, John1), son of Elijah6 and Mindwell (Hardy) Whitney, was born 9 Jun 1795, Westborough, MA,[1] and died 9 Dec 1861, Grafton, MA [also recorded at Westborough, MA], aged 65 years 6 months 3 days, of heart disease.[2]

He married, 23 Oct 1821, Westborough, MA, Samaria Wheeler,[3] of Grafton, MA. She was born about 9 Oct 1801, Grafton, MA, and died 19 May 1892, Grafton, MA, aged 90 years 7 months 10 days, of old age, parents unknown.[4]

He was born on a farm in Westborough, MA; was a farmer all his life. Account of George D. Whitney, administrator of the estate of David Whitney, Grafton, died 9 Dec 1871: Widow, Samaria; son, Rufus H., Brookline; son George D., Grafton; Harriett M. Mann, wife of Henry Mann, Grafton; Sarah I. Fay, wife of Jasper Fay, Westborough; Susan C. Whitney, Grafton, all daughters of David; George D. appointed 4 Feb 1872. He resided Westborough, MA.
