(Sawyer) Whitney, was born 17 Jan 1844, Templeton, MA,[1] and died 17 Sep 1871.[2] He is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Leominster, MA. Note - Further research needed. He married, 17 Jan 1866, Templeton, MA [Pierce], or 17 Jan 1867, Fitchburg, MA, or 17 Jan 1867, Templeton, MA, Sarah A. Moulton, daughter of Joseph L. and Maria (-----) Moulton.[3] She was born about 1847, Barre, MA. She married secondly, before 1880, Carlos V. Earle.
