Albion Paris7 Whitney (Samuel6, Asa5, Nathan4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Samuel6 and Mary (Rich) Whitney, was born 8 Aug 1822, Brooks or Jackson, ME. It is said that he died 8 Sep 1868, Chicago, IL, drowned in Lake Michigan, but he appears in the 1910 census, so apparently died after that date. She was listed as a widow in 1869, 1887, and 1905.

Intentions of marriage were published, 21 Aug 1847, Appleton, ME, for him "Mr." "of Guyandotte, VA" and his first wife "Miss" Mary Jane Pease, "of Appleton".[1] He "Mr." "of Guyandotte, VA" married firstly, 12 Sep 1847, Appleton, ME, "Miss" Mary Jane Pease "of Appleton",[2] daughter of George W. and Mary (Flint) Pease. She was born 30 Jun 1824, ME, and died 2 Jun 1901, Lynn, MA, aged 76 years 11 months 28 days, of apoplexy and hemiplegia cardiac.[3] They must have been divorced between 1860 and 1865.

He married secondly, Apr 1864, Barton, NH, or 14 May 1865, Lebanon, NH, Nancy F. McEwen.[4] She was born 24 Jun 1843, VT, and died after 1910.

He resided Chicago, IL, and Hot Springs, AR.

In 1869 and 1887 she was living in Chicago, IL, and in 1905 in Hot Springs, AR.
