Capt. Aaron6 Whitney (Aaron5, Jonas4, Moses3, Richard2, John1), son of Aaron5 and Sally (Pollard) Whitney, was born 7 Nov 1777, Harvard, MA,[1] and died 29 Mar 1864, Harvard, MA, aged 86 years 4 months 28 days, of old age.[2]

Marriage intentions were published 3 Aug 1807, Harvard, MA, for him and Sally Flagg "of Holden".[3] He married firstly, Sally Flagg,[4] of Holden, daughter of Benjamin and Elizabeth (Kent) Flagg. She was born 8 Aug 1781, Holden, MA, and died 9 Jun 1814, Harvard, MA, aged 32 years.[5]

Marriage intentions were published 11 May 1816, Harvard, MA, for him and Susannah Fletcher "of Littleton".[6] He married secondly, 1816, Mrs. Susan (Hartwell) Fletcher, of Littleton, widow of Samuel Fletcher. She was born about 1785, Littleton, MA, and died 19 Sep 1848, Harvard, MA, aged 63 years, of consumption.[7]
