Henry Alonzo Whitney (Granville, Ammi Ruhamah, James, [poss.] Isaac⁴, Nathaniel³, Benjamin², John¹), son of Granville and Matilda A. (Clayton) Whitney, was born 15 Jul 1856, Boston MA,^[1] and died 22 Nov 1919, Hawks Parks, FL.^[2]

He mnarried firstly, 28 Nov 1878, Boston, MA, Etta G. Martin, dau. of William D. and Charlotte (-----) Martin.^[3] She was born about 1856, Boston, MA, and died 24 Aug 1912, Newton, MA.

He married secondly, 5 May 1917, Chelsea, MA, Cory Evans. She was born about 1872, Richmond, IN, and died after 1940.
