Levi Charles7 Whitney (William6, Elijah5, John4, William3, Joshua2, John1), born Norwich, Vermont, 6 Jan 1832; married Mary Eliza Pennington. He was born in the Green Mountain state, and with his brothers Henry and Charles migrated to New Orleans. Was pilot on the Mississippi river when the war broke out, and joined the Confederate navy, being impressed into the service. He died 10 Dec 1867, resided New Orleans, Louisiana.

Roberta Harp Whitney, born 7 Dec 1861; married John Thomas Seward, 19 Aug 1877; resided New Orleans, Louisiana, Cor. Clouet and Chartres Sts. He was born 3 Apr 1853.
