Isaac⁵ Whitney ([prob.] Joshua⁴, Cornelius³, Joshua², John¹), probably son of Joshua⁴ and [?Joanna?] (-----) Whitney,^[1] was born about 1766, Killingly, CT,^[2] and died 23 Aug 1841, Granville, NY.^[3]

He married about 1791, Phebe Gould,^[4] daughter of Willard Gould.^[5] She was born about 1770, NY,^[6] and died 14 Apr 1846, Granville, NY.^[7]
