He married, 22 Dec 1858, St. Joseph Co., MI, Susannah Hyde, daughter of Gershom and Dolly (-----) Hyde. She was born 10 Jun 1840, Elmira, NY, and died 8 Sep 1915, Central City, NE. She was buried in Hooper Cemetery, Hooper, NE.[2]
