He married Annette Cynthia Day, daughter of Marcus Tullus Cicero and Elizabeth B. (Potter) Day. She was born 5 Mar 1845, and died Nov 1924. She was granddaughter of Noah and Susan (Wilson) Day, and great-granddaughter of Noah and Alice⁵ (Whitney) Day.
