Levi6 Whitney (Abel5, Nathan4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Abel5 and Thankful (Morton) Whitney, was born 15 May 1779, Gorham, Maine;[1]
Levi and Happy Higgins filed marriage intentions 28 Aug 1802, Standish, Maine. [2] and were married 10 Nov 1802, Standish[3] or Sep 1801, Cape Cod, Massachusetts.[4] Happy Higgins was born 17 Apr 1781, Cape Cod and died in 1856.[5] Levi Whitney died in 1855.[6]
