Lieut. Timothy6 Whitney (Thomas5, Thomas4, Eleazer3, Thomas2, John1), son of Thomas5 and Ann (Gould) Whitney, was born 29 Nov 1753, Shrewsbury, MA,[1] and died after 1801.
He married, 29 Jan 1777, Marlborough, MA, Phebe Reed,[2] daughter of Nathan and Susanna (Wood) Reed. She was born 17 Feb 1759, Marlborough, MA, and died after 1802.
Timothy Whitney was a lieutenant in Capt. Joseph Warren's company in Sep 1777, from Grafton. He resided Marlborough, MA.
