Thomas6 Whitney (Benjamin5, Joseph4, Joseph3, Jonathan2, John1), son of Benjamin5 and Rebecca (Fitch) Whitney, was born 15 Jul 1780, Pepperell, MA,[1] and died 29 Jun 1862, Tunbridge, VT. He was buried in Dickerman Hill Cemetery, Tunbridge, VT.[2]
Marriage intentions were published, 6 Jan 1806, Pepperell, MA, for him and Betsey Wallis "of Tunbridge".[3] He married firstly, 5 Feb 1806, Tunbridge, VT, Betsey Wallis.[4] She was born 20 Jul 1784, and died 5 Feb 1826.
He married secondly, 13 Apr 1827, Brookfield, VT, Annie York, daughter of Gershom and Lois (Williams) York. The marriage was recorded on 18 or 27 Apr 1827, Tunbridge, VT.[5] She was born 25 Aug 1794, Randolph, VT, and died 9 Jun 1884, Tunbridge, VT. She was buried in Dickerman Hill Cemetery, Tunbridge, VT.[6]
