Henry7 Whitney (Abel6, Benjamin5, Joseph4, Joseph3, Jonathan2, John1), son of Abel6 and Phebe (Scott) Whitney, was born 3 Apr 1808, Tunbridge, VT, and died 14 Sep 1892, Tunbridge, VT. He is buried in South Royalton Village Cemetery, South Royalton, VT.[1]
He married, about 1834, Fanny Bannister, daughter of Eli and Lucy (Severance) Bannister. She was born 8 Dec 1814, Randolph, VT, and died 6 May 1899. She is buried in South Royalton Village Cemetery, South Royalton, VT.[2]
In 1895, his widow resided South Royalton, VT, and his son, Horace L., resided 9 Pelham St., Boston, MA.[3]
