He married circa 1895, Broome Co., NY, Eva M. Cogswell, daughter of Hiram and Lucy A. (-----) Cogswell. She was born 29 Mar 1866, PA, and died 28 Jul 1944, Endicott, NY.[2] She married secondly James W. Greenwood after Harlan's death.
