George M.9 Whitney (Winfield Scott9, William W.8, Moses7, Moses6, Ephraim5, Moses4, Moses3, Richard2, John1), son of Winfield Scott9 and Emily (Mills) Whitney, was born about Jul 1873, Winterport, ME, and died 26 Mar 1898, Boston, MA, aged 24 years 8 months, drowned.[1]
He married, 14 Jun 1895, Boston, MA, Grace Emerson Fogg, daughter of Charles L. and Florence A. (Dodge) Fogg.[2] She was born 21 Jun 1877, Boston, MA. She m.(2) 3 Jun 1900, Boston or Stoneham, MA, George W. Clement, b. ca. 1878, Lawrence, MA, son of Frank W. and Nellie (Greenwood) Clement.[3]
He was a railroad fireman, living at 19 Everett St., Boston, MA, and later at 13 Morton St., Somerville, MA.
