Amos⁷ Whitney (Alpheus⁷, Eleazer⁶, Nathan⁵, Thomas⁴, Eleazar³, Thomas², John¹), son of Alpheus⁷ and Sally (Stone) Whitney, was born about 1831, and died after 1900.

He married, 17 Feb 1858, Jacksonville or Whitingham, VT, Eunice Luzina⁸ Whitney,^[1] daughter of Bartlet⁷ and Eliza (Worden) Whitney. She was born 26 Nov 1833, VT, and died 9 Feb 1929.
