He "Jr." married, 1 Jan 1767, Newton, MA, "Mrs." Sarah (Norcross) Spring, daughter of Philip and Sarah (Jackson) Norcross. She was born 21 Nov 1739, Newton, MA, and died unknown. She had married, 9 Dec 1760, Newton, MA, Daniel Spring.

i.	Sarah Williams, b. 1767, Newton, MA.
ii.	Samuel Williams, b. 20 Apr 1768, Newton, MA.
iii.	Nathaniel Williams, b. circa Nov 1760 (calculated from age at death); d. 14 Oct 1776, Newton, MA, aged 15 years 11 months. This is difficult to explain, if accurate.
iv.	Jonathan Williams, baptized 1771, Newton, MA; m.(int.) 8 Mar 1788, Newton, MA, Mary Woodcock "of Needham".
v.	John Williams, b. 1773 (calculated from age at death); d. 26 Oct 1775, Newton, MA.
