Edwin Lucas Whitney, (Myron F., William, Benjamin, Samuel Kellogg, Benjamin), son of Myron F. and Mary J. (Lucas) Whitney, was born Aug 1868, Sharon, CT, and died 27 Jan 1945. He was buried in Hillside Cemetery, Sharon, CT.[1]

He married firstly, 10 Dec 1890, Ida Alelia Bostwick, daughter of Albert Judson and Sara Eunice (Lasher) Bostwick. She was born 19 Jul 1869, Sharon, CT, and died 23 Mar 1921, Sharon, CT. She was buried in Hillside Cemetery, Sharon, CT.[2]

He married secondly, between 1921 and 1930, Mary Elizabeth (Storey) Tryder, daughter of James and Mary (Beek) Storey. She was born about 1874, NB, and died after 1940. She had married firstly, 17 Dec 1899, Medford, MA, William Otis Tryder.
