Alice Lawrence (Daniel, Ruth³ Whitney, John², John¹), daughter of Daniel and Sarah (Williams) Lawrence, was born 19 Apr 1731, Plainfield, CT,^[1] and died 12 Jun 1799, Hillsdale, NY.^[2]

Alice married, 1748, Elijah Cleveland, son of Joseph and Abigail (Hyde) Cleveland. He was born 5 Jan 1720/1, Canterbury, CT, and died 28 Sep 1794, Hillsdale, NY.
