- "... Jonathan Benjamin who married Annabelle Eve and who died at Watertown on 28 Aug. 1742 (VR), did leave a will (Middlesex Co. Probate, 22:307) .... The executors of this will were Daniel Benjamin of Waltham (a brother of Jonathan) and Daniel Whitney of Watertown. .... The will ws written on 8 Aug 1741 and probated 13 Sept. 1742."
