Simpson⁵ Jones (Bethia Whitney⁴, Joshua³, Benjamin², John¹) son of Thomas and Bethia⁴ (Whitney) Jones was born 7 Apr 1756 at Medway, MA^[1] and died 28 Jun 1825 at Medway, MA, at age 69; in his 70th year^[2].

Simpson married Abigail Hamant, daughter of Timonty Hammond and Abigail Adams, 22 Jun 1780 at Medway, MA; m. Mercy Holbrook, daughter of Luke Holbrook and Mercy Pond, 18 Nov 1819 at Medway, MA; wife "Mrs.", "of Bellingham" [int. "of Mendon"];

Abigail Hamant was born on 29 Oct 1761 at Medway, MA. She died on 3 Aug 1816 at Medway, MA, at age 54; aged 54 years 9 months 5 days. She was also known as Abigail Hammond.

iv.	Nancy Jones, b. 29 Jul 1797; m. Charles Hill 11 Jul 1824 at Medway, MA.

Mercy Holbrook was born on 11 Nov 1767 at Bellingham, MA. She was born circa 1768; calculated from age at death. She married David Hill on 21 Apr 1785 at Bellingham, MA; wife "Mrs." She died on 28 Jul 1841 at Bellingham, MA, at age 73; aged 73 years.

There were no children of Simpson⁵ and Mercy (Holbrook) Jones.
