Constant Freeman Whitney (Constant, Barnabas, Isaac, Nathaniel, Benjamin, John), was born 08 12 1836, Boston, MA, and died 01 16 1916, Norwood, MA.

He married 06 16 1855, Natick, MA, Maria Jane Houchins Colburn, daughter of Reuben H. and Lucy F. (----) Colburn of Groton, NH. She was born 05 06 1841, New Hampshire, and died 008 08 1928, Norwood, MA.

Constant is buried in the Highland Cemetery in Norwood, MA. He was a farmer and a veteran of the Civil War. He and his widow received a pension from the U.S. government.
