Nathaniel Whitney, parentage unknown, was born 7 Feb 1800 and died 1838.
He married, 5 May 1827, in the area of Scarborough, ME, Charlotte Cook. She was born 16 Feb 1802 and died 1850.
Children of Nathaniel and Charlotte (Cook) Whitney (order uncertain, perhaps incomplete):
i. Charles H. Whitney, b. ca. 1829, ME, d. 16 Sep 1885, age 57, m. Caroline -----. They res. Vancouver, WA. ii. Harriet Frances Whitney, b. 25 Jul 1831, m. 18 Dec 1852, Belfast, ME, Jacob Wesley Coombs; d. Oct 1893. iii. Mary Caroline Whitney, b. ca. 1832, m. Luther Augustine Coombs; d. 24 Feb 1915, age 83. iv. John Whitney, d. infancy. v. Rosa A. Whitney.
