Israel6 Whitney (Joshua5, Daniel4, Benjamin3, John2, John1), son of Joshua5 and Mary (Clarke) Whitney, was born 6 Apr 1781, Worcester, MA,[1] and died before 4 Mar 1856, Worcester, MA.

He married 23 Feb 1799, Worcester, MA, Lucy Mahan.[2] She was born 18 Oct 1780, and died 16 Dec 1858.

He was born in Worcester, MA; was a farmer. His will is dated 28 Mar 1854, and proved 4 Mar 1856; resided Worcester, MA.
