Horace B. Whitney, parentage unknown but perhaps the same as the son of Luther7 and Jerusha (Burnham) Whitney, was born circa 1831, IL and died after 1880.
He married, first, 30 Apr 1848, Adams Co., IL, Lucetta Frazier.[1]
He married, second, circa 1861, Virginia -----. She was born circa 1835, IL.
There were no known children of Horace B. and Lucetta (Frazier) Whitney.
