[p.98] Elias Pratt (1743-1816) served as a private on the Lexington Alarm in Capt. John Town's company and, 1778, served as captain in the 5th Worcester County, Massachusetts regiment under Col. Jonathan Holman. He was born and died in Oxford, Mass.
Daniel Davison (1733-1828) served several enlistments as private, the first being on the Lexington Alarm, under Capt. Robert Oliver and Col. Samuel Williams. He was born in Nova Scotia; died in Craftsbury, Vt.
Samuel Amidon served on the Lexington Alarm as a private in Capt. Samuel Read's company, and, 1778, was lieutenant in Capt. Caleb Whiting's company, Colonel Wood's 3rd Worcester County, Massachusetts regiment. He was born, 1742, in Oxford, Mass.; died in Readsboro, Vt.
